What lab tests are included in my membership?
All tiers include monthly in-home PRYM blood collection kits. These panels test hormones, thyroid, metabolic markers, vitamins, and more using our CLIA-certified in-house lab. Genova specialty panels (gut, hormones, nutrition) are available as add-ons at member pricing.
How does the in-home collection work?
We use an FDA-registered, painless at-home fingerstick blood collection system. Your kit ships directly to your door. You collect a small blood sample following the step-by-step instructions included with your kit, then ship it back in the prepaid return envelope. Results are typically ready in 5–7 business days.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes. Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time and will remain active through the end of the billing period. Annual memberships are non-refundable but can be cancelled to prevent renewal.
What is the difference between PRYM and Naturally PRYM?
PRYM is our TRT/HRT and men's health division for medically supervised hormone optimization. Naturally PRYM is Kandace Mercer's separate holistic wellness practice focused on natural approaches: gut health, detox, adrenal support, and women's hormone balance without pharmaceuticals.
Are Genova panels covered by insurance?
Genova panels are not billed to insurance through our platform. We provide itemized receipts that you may submit to your HSA/FSA or out-of-network insurer. Many patients use HSA/FSA funds for these tests.
